A Gem of a Dress

I love Virtue. Abiela creates clothing with such timeless and classic lines it’s hard not to fall in love with this store.

Today I would like to pay tribute to one of my favorite jewelry stores.  I’m in that store at least once a week, and I have to say that the customer service at Zuri’s is second to none.  So many times I have gone into stores and had questions and no one could be found, or worse yet, they’d simply ignore my inquiries, even when sent per whatever instructions the owner has set out for store inquiries.  Not so at Zuri’s.  I spent about an hour in there yesterday, going through every vendor trying to find a bracelet to match the gorgeous Maija necklace I had.  After a while, a customer service person came in and messaged me, and I told her of my dilemma.  She relayed that to Ms. Zuri Rayna and told me to send a notecard, with a picture of the piece I was trying to match, as I had been told the color I sought was not available in a bracelet.  Less than an hour later, my problem was resolved, and I want to publicly thank Zuri Rayna for her outstanding customer service.
